OUR COMPANY WAS FOUNDED IN 1999.

As hard-working college graduates, we gained years of experience working in the oil patch and developed a deep understanding of well production and declines in relation to market values. As mineral owners, we saw first-hand the questionable offers to buy royalty interests. We realized there needed to be a trustworthy service provided to all owners. A service that educated and explained the options available, so that an informed decision could be made about selling or retaining this asset.

Shain, a geologist and operator, and Albert, an experienced businessman in the technology industry, created a perfect business partnership and established Royalty Clearinghouse. Since 1999, Royalty Clearinghouse has been a national mineral rights and oil royalty acquisition company.

Many of our team members started with Royalty Clearinghouse as they launched their careers and have grown with the company to become leaders.
